Spread the word and help us keep our neighborhood low density.

Thank you to everyone that displayed a yard sign on their property.

Not only did it show our collective strength as a neighborhood, but it helped us spread the word quickly so that we could keep neighbors informed. After a 3-month long fight, on August 2nd, Yorba Linda City Council voted in favor — 3 to 1, to remove the Grandview Ave. & Ohio St. proposed rezone sites in our neighborhood from the Yorba Linda Housing Element Plan. These sites will no longer be rezoned to allow for high-density housing and we couldn’t have done it without the help of all of our great neighbors.
